Terms & Conditions

General

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST). This tax only applies to Australia and will be deducted during the checkout process for orders to be sent outside Australia if applicable. All prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice.

Prices are valid only for online purchases.

All orders must be paid for before goods are dispatched. Title to goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full.

 

Postage

Goods are posted within Australia using either:

  • Parcel Post Flat rate - $15.00minimum, can be greater depending on weight:  Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 days after the order has been despatched. 
  • Express Post Satchel - $20.00 minimum, can be greater depending on weight:  We are happy to use Express Post domestic satchels at the customers request. Next day delivery within Australia after goods have been despatched.

           (Please note that we do not offer same day despatch. Please allow up to 3 days for our orders to be picked and despatched.)

We can post some goods overseas, however postage needs to be worked out on an individual basis. Please contact us for further information.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the supplied shipping address is correct. Any additional expenses incurred due to an incorrectly entered address must be paid for by the purchaser. Lifestyle Boutiques does not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during postage.

GOODS CAN BE PICKED UP INSTORE BUT PLEASE NOTE:  Not all stock is available in all stores. If you select this option we will need to confirm with you when the goods will be available instore for collection.

Returns & Refunds for Online Purchases Only

We carefully inspect all items before they are dispatched to ensure that they are free of faults. If you believe that an item you have received is faulty, please email us at lifestyleboutiques@outlook.com, within 3 days of receiving your items, to arrange for its return. If an item is found to be faulty in manufacture, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Items returned for any reason must be accompanied by the original sales invoice or receipt.

Returns for refund - ITEMS MUST BE SENT BACK TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR ITEM/S AND IS ONLY OFFERED ON FULL PRICED ITEMS:

  • Refunds on full priced items only.
  • Items purchased during any promotions period are only entitled to a STORE CREDIT.
  • Items sent using FREE POSTAGE promotions are only entitled to a STORE CREDIT.
  • Where items are sent and qualify for FREE POSTAGE, if any part of this order is returned for a REFUND the amount of the postage will be deducted off the REFUND amount.
  • All postage costs are to be covered by you, the customer. 
  • Returns are for refund or store credit ONLY. Please advise us on your return documentation.
  • A returns authorisation number must be provided by us for your return to be accepted. Please contact us at hello@twigstores.com.au to received your authorisation number and we will provide you with the correct postal address to send your return.
  • Items must be returned in same condition as when received and in the same packaging with all tags in tact.

Sale Items or one-off promotional items.

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items due to change of mind or incorrect fit so please choose carefully

Exchanges - We do not offer exchanges

We are unable to hold items for exchange. Please purchase the item you would like an exchange for and when we receive your returned item we will issue you with a credit. Please email us at lifestyleboutqiues@outlook.com with your exchange request and we can give you further assistance with this.

Privacy

Lifestyle Boutiques Australia Pty Ltd respects the privacy of its customers and complies with the National Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988.

We use the information you give us only to provide goods and services to you, and we do not share this information with anyone who is not directly involved in the provision of these goods and services. We also use the information you give us to provide you with newsletters and other promotions. You may at any time choose not to receive these promotions. We will not give customer information to any other person or use it for any other purpose without your express permission, unless we are required to do so by law.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information we hold about customers is secure and up to date. Access to the information we hold about you is available to you on request.

Security

Our Online Store operates through a secure server using 128-256 bit encryption. This ensures that all customer information and payment details are protected by the highest level of security available. Other security measures have been taken to ensure that the information on our website is protected from unauthorised access.

Agreement

Any order placed by a customer on this website is an offer by that customer to purchase a product or service for the price specified at the time the order is placed, including postage and any other charges. By placing an order, the customer is agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered. Prices are subject to variation at any time and may change while the customer is selecting goods. The customer agrees to pay the price that is current at the time payment is made. This agreement is governed by the relevant laws of the state of New South Wales.

Errors & Omissions

While we take all reasonable measures to ensure that the goods displayed in our Online Store are currently in stock and that the prices, images and other information displayed are correct, Lifestyle Boutiques disclaims all responsibility for any errors or omissions. We reserve the right to refuse a customer's order for any reason, including the unavailability of a product, an error in the advertised price or other information, or an error in the customer's order.

Liability

Lifestyle Boutiques is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase or use of goods or services supplied, or for failure to supply goods or services due to circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability to the customer is limited to repair or replacement or refund for defective goods that are covered by warranty.

Warranty

Lifestyle Boutiques transfers to the customer any warranty or guarantee supplied by the manufacturer of the products. If goods are found to be defective, under proper use, within the warranty period due to faulty materials, workmanship or design, we will repair, replace or refund the goods at our discretion. Any warranty or guarantee becomes void if the product has been repaired or altered by an unauthorised person; or if the product has been subjected to conditions that are not within the manufacturer's stated use and care instructions; or if the product is subsequently re-sold
